Shipping policy

Processing/Production time:  Orders are processed and fulfilled within 5-7 business days of purchase

Shipping time: Once shipped, orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

Total Estimated delivery:  Please allow up to *10-14 business days from order date to delivery.*

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

Weekend Shipping: We occassionally ship on weekends, which may result in faster delivery than estimated. 

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and again when it ships with tracking information.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 

Lost or stolen packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or file a claim with the carrier. 

Holidays: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons and holidays.
