DTG Process
We use three machines for the garment print process. The pretreat machine treats the garment so white ink can adhere to it, and then colored ink can be added. Once the pretreated liquid is added to the garment, it is put into the heat press for curing. After the garment is heated and the pretreated liquid is cured to the shirt, the design can now be printed on the garment. We create a design and print it. We can print on cotton items, such as t-shirts, tote bags, sweatshirts and pants, hats, masks, and even canvas sneakers.
